Check-in & Check-out

How do I check in? Check-in is self-service. Before your arrival, we will send you an email with detailed instructions, so please be sure to read it carefully.

How do I enter the building? For security reasons, we are unable to provide the access code verbally. Thank you for your understanding. The entrance to the lobby is always locked. Please enter the access code for your room — provided in the check-in instructions or by email — to unlock the door. We recommend saving the code as a photo or memo for easy access.

What are the check-in and check-out times? Check-in: 15:00 – 21:00 Check-out: 10:00 ・Late check-out is not available. ・There is no curfew. You are free to come and go after check-in. ・No procedure is required at check-out. ・Your room access code will be disabled after 10:00 on the day of check-out.

Do you have parking? Yes. One free parking space is available per room. If our parking lot is full, please use a nearby paid parking facility.

Reservations & Cancellations

I would like to modify my reservation. As a general rule, we are unable to make changes on the hotel side. Please refer to your reservation confirmation email and make any changes through the reservation management page or by contacting the booking site directly. Please check the “Reservation Confirmation Notice” you received from the booking site and modify your reservation through the “View / Modify / Cancel Reservation” option. For cancellation fees, please review the cancellation policy of the booking site.

I’d like to make a reservation. You can book directly through the “BOOK NOW” button on our website. We are also listed on major booking sites such as Rakuten Travel, Jalan, Booking.com, Expedia, and Agoda. However, we recommend booking directly on our official website for the best room options and exclusive benefits.

I would like to cancel or modify my reservation. Cancellation fees follow the policy of the booking website you used. Please check the details on your reservation page. In case of no-show without notice, 100% of the room charge will be applied.

How can I pay for my stay? Payment must be completed in advance (except for some plans). Please finalize your reservation by paying online with a credit card on our website.

During Your Stay

Is Wi-Fi available in the rooms? Yes, Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Please refer to the Wi-Fi information provided in your room.

Do you provide housekeeping for multi-night stays? ・There is no cleaning or trash collection during your stay. ・For guests staying 4 nights or more, room cleaning and linen changes are available upon request.  If you would like this service, please inform our staff by the day before.

What amenities are provided? We carefully select sustainable, eco-friendly amenities using materials such as bamboo, wood, cotton, and plant-based products. As a small hotel, we aim to make choices that are gentle on both the body and the planet. For guests staying multiple nights, if you need additional towels or toothbrushes, please purchase them from the vending machine on the 1st floor.

What if I need assistance during my stay? If you need any assistance during your stay, please use the tablet located in the first-floor lobby or contact our General Call Center. General Call Center Phone Number: 092-292-2431 Our hotel provides support 24 hours a day. During your stay, our call center is available at all times to assist you. During daytime hours, our manager and café staff are also available in the lobby on the first floor. Please feel free to speak with them anytime.

Do you have laundry facilities? Yes. There is a washing machine and dryer available in the hotel. There is also a coin laundry located about a 5-minute walk away.

Can I smoke in the room? Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all guest rooms and throughout the building. Please use the designated smoking area if you wish to smoke. If smoking is detected in your room, a cleaning fee equivalent to one night’s room charge will be applied. Additional charges may also be incurred depending on the damage caused.

Are there any convenience stores or drugstores nearby? Yes. There is a convenience store within walking distance from the hotel. A drugstore is also located just a few minutes away by car.

Can you store my luggage? Due to security and limited storage space, we are unable to keep guests’ luggage before check-in or after check-out. Thank you for your understanding. For deliveries, please arrange the arrival after your check-in time and kindly receive the package in person. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and appreciate your cooperation to prevent any issues.

Regarding Equipment, Fixtures, and Decorative Items Many of the furnishings, equipment, and decorative items within the hotel are carefully selected valuable pieces. In case of damage, loss, or theft, we may take strict measures and request compensation. Please handle all items with care. For guests traveling with small children, please ensure their safety and take precautions to prevent accidents such as running or touching displays, which may cause injury or damage.
